Achievements and responsibilities:
- Successfully obtained AWS Business Professional and AWS Technical Professional certifications
- Conducted qualitative and quantitative research to analyze the performance of the original customer portal, gaining insights for the new product’s Strategy and Roadmap.
- Leveraged information from customer interviews, competitor analysis, market research, expert consultations, and PdM best practices to shape the product vision, market fit, long-term strategy, and roadmap for the new MSP CMP product, driving its sustained growth.
- Based on insights from the Beta launch, released the first stable version and managed client onboarding, resulting in a ~50% increase in client activation and a 3.5x increase in client retention compared to the original customer portal.
- Through regular customer and stakeholder interviews, product performance analysis in Google Analytics and databases, market research, an effective product strategy, and a smooth development process, I gradually enhanced the product.
